Dusty and stained product
I bought 2 Thermacell insect repellents Model E55. I had requested curbside pickup at the Bollinget location in San Jose. I waited for over 15 minutes but no one showed up. I went in to Customer Service and the two hoxes were still in the bins untouched. One of the boxes was full of dust and the product itself was dusty and stained. Unfortunately I only discovered this after I came home The other unit has been charging for over 2 hours and is still not fully charged. Hopefully it will work but this store reliably continues to provide exceptionally poor service.

Just Okay
I'm located in FL and summertime mosquitos are a big problem. I really wanted this product to be the answer to my prayers but sadly it doesn't live up to expectations. The actual unit is really easy to use, and is ready for instant use without putting off any unpleasant odor. I've noticed that it reduces mosquitos about 20% but for the price point don't feel its a good addition to our outdoor space.

Small but effective
So far using the Thermacell E55 in the backyard helps keeping mosquitos away. It is effective and better than sprays. It is portable, lightweight and easy to use. Strongly recommended for family outdoor activities like camping or just relaxing with friends in the backyard.

Love it works well.
Refill wicks are fragile if dropped will brake and have no way to get a nuther wick so be vary careful when changing cartridges

Doesn’t work. Cells don’t last.
This thing doesnt work.At least here in SW Florida.There was another 1star review & they were from FL.Maybe its the type of mosquitoes?The few I caught it looks like we mostly have tiger mosquitoes here.We light the green coil smoke ring & mosquitoes stay away. But this thermacell does nothing. Nothing at all. I seriously wonder how many people leave reviews & do not seriously test the product first. Also the battery doesn’t last long & there is no auto shutoff so it’s always dead when u need it

Does not work on Florida skeeters
This did not work at all for us. I got it as close as possible to me putting it on the floor by my feet. I sat there and got bit by mosquitoes on my legs with this thing right at my feet.

Works great!
I received this product to try for free in return for a review. We went fishing at the river yesterday and it worked great! No mosquitos and it even seemed to decrease the amount of those dang pesky gnats.

Those bloody snipers stand no chance!
I was able to receive the product to try out, and I wish I had known about Thermacell mosquito repellent sooner than later! No more spraying and applying fragrant mosquito repellent on me and my children, we seem to be prone for
mosquito bites unlike my husband. This is a simple of plug charge, insert the repellent and placing it wherever you hang out outdoors, with us that’s our backyard patio. No issues so far as it’s doing the work
