I’ve assembled the table and sofa but one of the chairs - the screw isn’t working. Ive tried different screws but they don’t work. I had put it most of the screws but this one doesn’t work. How can I get the chairs replaced? I think this is a mfg defect.

Why do the coffee table legs not have holes???

If you notice there are no pre-drilled holes, please check whether these protective caps are still attached and remove them. I had the same problem and Angela from quimark responded quickly to my query. The table leg holes have a black plastic cover that is easy to remove. See photo. The included instructions don't tell you that, though!
