Installed in 3 hours / built in 3 hours
It took our family about three hours to build the two dock sections - because we used screws instead of nails. Then another 3 hours to put it in the water. The first section is easy because it is supported on the shore. You can do this with two people and two sets of waders. Looks great and was not difficult Have patience when Installing in the water. Make sure it is level and the supporting legs are straight Consider the hand winch accessory to ease leveling.

I am mixed at giving it 3 stars. Cause it’s a great product. But they have some major misses that would have easily rectified it.
1) nothing is predrilled. And you have to line up the boards for a long time to make sure the spacing it even. It’s just not a pleasant experience. They would have easily fixed that. That in my mind impacts 1 star.
2) they provide nails vs screws. That’s very poor. As no one should be using nails assembling this. As they will be coming out through the seasons. And even their own video shows then using screws NOT nails! So go figure.
But the product is great and it looks great. Takes time to assemble but not crazy difficult

In typical home depot fashion the boards were as crooked as a dogs hind leg. Also whoever cut the boards for this package apparently never used a tape measure or any measuring tool in their life. Too long, too short. But on the plus side the directions were actually easy to understand.
