doesn't tell you not to put on a removable dock...

doesn't tell you not to put on a removable dock piece as your weight when you get on the ladder pulls the section up. second and most important, the instructions are terrible. too much taken for granted. I figured it out and installed properly but there are a lot of assumptions you have to make. for example the instructions say to lightly fasten the bolts which I did, but no where does it tell you to use a tool later and tighten them. One might think at first glance that's obvious, and I figured it out, but because it strongly says warranty is no good if you securely fasten them, one would wonder.

I installed this ladder on my seawall to make it easy for everyone to get in and out of the water. The ladder was easy to assemble and I like how it is easy to remove it when desired - like at the end of the season. Great ladder, and the steps are deeper than those on my pool ladder making it easy on my feet.
