A:  These caps do not fit 2-inch diameter pipes. These caps have an exterior diameter of 1.66 inches and are intended for pipes measuring 1.25-inches in diameter.

    A:  No. The specs in the product description clearly state that they fit the smaller 1.66-in OD pipes. Tommy Docks does sell caps for 2-in pipes, their product number TD-30063, and you can special order them through HD I think. They only come in blue(??) and white though, neither of which appeal to me.

            had one shatter when installing it. have to use a rubber mallet to install as they fit really snug on tommy dock pipes. hard plastic. I would rather have a softer material. can buy regular pipe ends WAY cheaper if I had knew that is basically what they are. save your money and go to the plumbing section for these
