From a business point of view I’d say sometimes pricing is based on supply and demand and availability of raw materials. No scientific answer here and only common sense.
Yes, when Toter two-wheel (trash can) carts are properly used as intended, the warranty covers the entire container. For assistance with warranty issues, please call Toter customer service at (800) 424-0422 and select option "2" for retail customers. Thank you.
From a construction perspective, the only difference is the color.
The lid is screwed on with 2 screws on the underside of each handle. They are a special screw head-not Phillips.
The surface of is textured and the lid is not completely flat, but I think you could manage it.
The metal handle on the front is fixed for garbage truck to use with an automated lift.
Use a rubber mallet.
You need 72 inches of vertical clearance to open the lid of our 64-gallon two-wheel (trash can) cart. We assume that's what you want to know. When the cart is in the fully open position, the lid is resting down along the back of the cart, in which case the cart height is less (39-3/4 inches) than with the lid in the closed position (41-3/4 inches), due to the height of the lid itself.
I don’t see a reason that will stop you from painting it yellow. Home Depot has yellow paint in your desired color. Good luck
The axle is 5/8". Toter will provide free wheel cap nuts to customers of our two-wheel (trash can) carts. Please call Toter customer service at 800-424-0422 then choose option 2 for retail customers.
