How do you use the bag holder straps? I think mine came with a problem and I might have to return...

AnswerThe bag straps on the Toter Slimline trash container allow for the top of the bag to be tucked through (or over) the straps to allow the bag to stay in place and also not to be seen externally. If you think you may have a rare manufacturing defect, please call Toter customer service at (800) 424-0422.

AnswersLid must be purchased separately and I think there were several options. I ordered both from HD. Very heavy duty and works great. No regrets, love it.

The polished stone look is great!
This trash can is a little pricey but you'll never have to buy another one. These cans are really built tough and are really good looking. They didn't spare the cost when they designed them. We saw them at Walmart on the floor for costomers to use, but they don't sell them.On a internet seach we found them at Home Depot. Fast shipping and great service.
