Not great, but not bad either. At first I thought these would be great for keeping down in the garage for working out and general protective flooring. But on closer inspection they are more foam then I had originally expected, less rubber. But they will work just fine indoors for doing some indoor fitness. The panels easily pop together like giant puzzle pieces. If youre looking to just do some situps and yoga type stuff these are perfect. I dont recommend using this for weightlifting.

The TrafficMaster Black 24 in. x 24 in. Foam Interlocking Gym Flooring (24 sq. ft.) (6-Pack) is a great addition to our exercise routine! My wife has been using unbranded mats in her sewing room and there are a few in the basement workshop but thought we would try them for exercising. On top of the rug, they offer just enough cushion and when we need to, we have doubled them up. They seem to be wearing well and recommend them for this or any other use! Approx 7/16' thick. Label showed a sku # and made in Taiwan.

My Husband uses these in his shop to stand on and kneel on when he’s working on a project, he loves them and says they help his back, feet, and knees. They are easily put together or great by themselves, light enough to take outside and wash with soap and water, fast drying too. I have a feeling I will be ordering more of these so he has some for the garage too.

Easy to set up easy to interlock with each other. You can really tell the difference in not being as fatigue when working in front of your workbench with these under your feet. These would make a great soft area for someone with hardwood floors in a baby’s play area.Purchased a set actually two for my brothers six month year-old because he has hardwood floors in his house only. Worked out great. Will actually end up trading them just found out they have different colors online besides the gray and black stocked in stores. Picture below.

The Trafficmaster Foam Squares are exactly what I have been looking for to incorporate into my work area I am building out in my basement. The first thing I noticed about them out of the box was not only their size but their 1/2" thickness (7/16" actual), which will provide comforting support for standing long periods of time. The next positive point is the removable edges for connecting the squares together, allowing you to keep adding squares to enlarge the area. While I was testing the comfort of standing on the mats, I attempted to shuffle the squares under my feet to see if they would slip around the floor. They did not move and IS the most positive benefit about these Trafficmaster squares. I then placed my salon chair on top of the mats and sat on it to see if the weight would leave an impression in the mats. NOPE! The mats returned to their natural appearance.Yet another key feature. These squares will also be so easy to clean or move around to clean under them when necessary. ...I may cover my entire basement with Trafficmaster Foam Squares. They're EXCELLENT!
