Hello Terry and thanks for your inquiry. We apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, the TrafficMaster Peel and Stick Vinyl Tile and Plank are only sold by the carton. So it is important to calculate an extra 10 percent into your project so you can have a few pieces left over just in case you need to do a replacement or repair in the future. Thanks again.

The TrafficMaster Carrara Marble 12" x 12" come 30 sq ft per carton, and your floor is 25 sq ft, so I would purchase at least 2 cartons to account for cutting waste and to have some tile left over for storage in case you need to do a replacement in the future. Are these tile groutable?
Hello AntC and thanks for your inquiry. The TrafficMaster Carrara Marble Peel and Stick Vinyl Tile have a square edge, so unfortunately, they are not groutable. Do I need to mop this floor first or what should I use
Hello Lisha and thanks for your question. For everyday cleaning, we would recommend using a neutral pH based cleaner that is specifically designed for vinyl flooring (speak with a Flooring Specialist at your local Home Depot store for product recommendations) along with a damp sponge mop. For harder to remove spots, we suggest using a soft bristled brush along with the neutral pH cleaner, which will help to loosen and remove dirt from the pours of the vinyl surface. Hope this helps.
