Absolutely beautiful

Looks nice and durable
I needed an easy-to-clean solution as I have two dogs. I was tired of cleaning carpets and vinyl plank flooring isn't as water tight as I'd like. Vinyl sheet flooring fit the bill! I chose this design for the color and durability, as its made for utility rooms but looks just fine in my living room. I plan on doing the bedroom but will loose lay the vinyl sheet to save money on installation costs.

My husband and I installed this in our rental. It was our first time and went for it based out of YouTube videos. I have to say I am very happy with the results. People thought they were actual vinyl planks. The only thing I would advise is to invest in the roller, we were able to see slight bubbles from too much glue. Also wanted to mention we applied this over plywood. We cleaned the area very good and removed as much dust as possible.

I've never worked with this kind of flooring before, other...
I've never worked with this kind of flooring before, other than taking stuff like it out of a couple rooms in my old house. That stuff was hard, crispy, this stuff is soft and like slicing butter to cut. My only dilemna is I put it on top of poor man's radiant barrier (heavy duty reynolds wrap) and then a layer of indoor/outdoor carpet. While it will be cushy to walk on, and definitely warmer in the winter than plywood, it is requiring nailing/stretching as I install it. 'Could not justify plank flooring for this project, this was a third the price. Cropped picture shows face down getting ready to do the rough cut.

Perfect
Color was perfect match, it does have a small amount of cushion to it so furniture does leave an imprint but after a few hours it thickens back up. I had to slide furniture around and no scratches at all. The role was tuff to handle since I did it alone but for the cost it’s perfect and way faster than planks

Used this in a re-model of a river house. Needed something that looked nice, but could withstand a lot of water and sand. This product looks very high end for the price and so far it has been amazing.

Great for empty room!!!
Don’t put furniture on this good looking floor!
I left an empty small shop vac (can lift with 1 finger ) out over night- floor is dinged already!
It’s sure not going to handle furniture!

Bathroom Linoleum
This linoleum is much thicker than what I could buy locally at Home Depot, but is worth the wait and laid out really well. We love the design. Once it was cut out and laid down, put caulking around the toilet flange sealing the linoleum so moisture could not get under the linoleum. I also spread glue over the whole floor under the linoleum so it was sealed all the way around and a smooth floor to walk on.
