Not What I Was Expecting...in so many ways
Tramontina makes wonderful pans generally and most of them are USA or Brazil produced. Their Enamel line as far as I am concerned does NOT fall into this category...and it is made in China. My pan isn't gradated, though it says it is, and though it came in a Tramontina box it doesn't say Tramontina on the bottom, just Made in China. I did question that, and was told that is normal. Looks pretty, cooking not pretty. Everything stuck to this pan. Followed directions on use and care directly from manufacturer, but still nothing worked. I may have received a defective pan, I did have some plops of metal under the Black Matt interior coating, and it did craze on the bottom of the pan, I only used it 6 times...because I ruined my meals and cursed the clean up. The pan stained from a pancake...yup. The interior is rough, not smooth. When you wipe it out with a paper towel it will shred the towel and leave lint in the pan. Apparently this is the norm for this pan. SO I am not a fan. Though it says it has a lifetime warranty, this is considered normal.

Received with Marks on inside of pan
I have 6 cast iron pots that I cook with, have been cooking cast iron for years. Never had a problem with any other manufacturer. I purchased a set from Tramontina. Larger pot came in with marks in side it. Tried using it and oiling it. Marks got worse. Contacted Tramontina less than 2 months after purchase, they want me to fix the problem. What ever happened to warranties or standing behind your product. They claim the picture that I sent them is rust, none of my other pieces have rust. I also live in the desert things do not tend to rust around here. What ever it is it came in with it, it is getting worse and they want nothing to do with it. I think I will purchase from other manufacturers from now on.
