Is the plaque removable to have it inscribed with name?

I had a trex deck in another house and it got very hot. Too hot to walk on barefoot Has this been improved upon or will the bench be too hot to sit on if in full sun
Hi Liz, Great question! The Trex furniture is made from a different material than the decking is. It is made with POLYWOOD recycled plastic lumber which is manufactured from milk jugs, laundry detergent bottles, and other materials of this nature. It will retain some heat and the darker colors will retain more than the lighter colors will. However, if it is nice enough to sit outside and enjoy the day, the bench should be fine to use. I originally wanted this bench in black, but was afraid it would get too hot to sit on in the sun. I'm pleased with the white bench and haven't had this issue so far.
