This product was not all plywood as I thought it would be. It was Cedar with a thin piece of veneer plywood on it. It was very hard to get a smooth cut with it.

Product was mis-priced in the store and they wouldn't give me the on-line price. So I ordered it on-line, picked up the product at the same store, and paid the correct price (which had the store scratching their heads because their computer showed showed the wrong price). The product is fine and has one very good side usable for inexpensive paneling. It takes stain well and resembles cabinet grade plywood.

The price was right and for the most part the wood was good. **BIG PROBLEM is the decal wouldn't come off cleanly - and you can't sand it without tearing through the other side.** You end up wasting a good chunk of it because you can't sand, scrape, or paint over the label.

This product has more potential uses than floor underlayment. It is a bit pricey for its intended use, but not as a material for craft projects. We are using it for a cub scout outing called a BALOO (basic adult leadership outdoor outing) with BYOK (bring your own kid). I cut it into hexagons with a jigsaw to make jackalope plaques. Here are a couple of unpainted prototypes. When the kids finish assembling and painting their jackalopes they jam the jackalope into two toothpick halves glued into two drilled holes in the plaque. For those who never visited Wall Drug, a jackalope is a stuffed jackrabbit wearing antelope antlers. the antlers below are pipe cleaners pressed into styrofoam balls.
