Used this product a primed 1x2 as the trim board...
Used this product a primed 1x2 as the trim board for a 1x12 shelf. I used a buiscuit joiner to make it stiff and strong. Nails would be almost as good. Have lots of clamps handy.

Useful for other purposes
I love this stuff. I don't use it for trim, but more kf a catch all. I use it to create a wood background to hang up items that are too heavy to be in just anchors. I cut the size I need and then drill that to wood and then drill whatever heavy item i'm trying to hang into that. Some of the items aren't the right size to go across 16 on center and some of my walls are 24 on center making it harder to properly secure items.

Great product and is priced very well compared to "other" boards. Smooth cuts well paints well also. Light yet holds up two One inch air driven nails/staples. Patches well also. Since I had to do all new base boards in kitchen two baths this boards saved me big buck and time. Have used three different sizes all work very well looks pro like too.
