Corner toilet allowed a lot of room . My lav is 10x12 so I did not need the room.. thought it was a great idea and it is..my problem is for $480 this toilet is the size for a small child iam not a large person and this toilet is so small I am up uncomfortable on it and try not to use it unless I have to.to me this is a $75 toilet. I wish I never bought .for this price I expected a larger toilet bowl and seat.it seems like I've been spending 4 times the amount at home Depot for products that don't meet my expectations at all..from 2x4s to screws..not only the cost of materials but your employee assaulted me.ive been dealing with home Depot since day 1 and wouldn't even step into another home improvement store my mind is changing. And it didn't come with caps to cover the screws for the toilet thanks a lot

the toilet is nice looking but
i purchased this toilet a month ago., it is not worth $399.00 that i paid. the seat that comes with it is real real cheap plastic and does not stay up and moves every time it is used(it is tighten down) the tank does not fit snug to the back of toilet. i was considering returning it. the only good thing is that it is nice looking. no more sheffield products in my house. overpriced for what you get....

Not as advertised
The toilet is ok but instructions were in oriental characters. It also was supposed to come with a slow close seat but had a cheap, thin, light weight plastic seat that would break if you sat on it. Replaced seat. Dissapointed.

Overall, very pleased with the product except for the toilet seat that is included. I have seen better seats in out houses than what was provided. You need to plan on purchasing another. Also, instructions on assembling the two piece toilet was non existant.
