Okay but....
Compared to WestPac Fast Set Lite 20, this mud takes a long time to get ready to sand. The unused mud an inch thick crumbles after an hours wait. Strange Home Depot sells one brand on the west coast and another on the east coast. I like the 20 minute so..

This product worked great for intended use. Compound dries fast and is very durable. In combination with a fabric tape, it worked great for an unsupported sheetrock joint.

Quick Set Light is better.
Compare this to Proform Quick Set Light and you'll never use Easy Sand again. The adhesion is much better for taping with and it goes on much smoother if you finish with it. It sands equally well. Note the way the different compounds held the paper tape in the test pictured. Some peeled away clean in spots (not good) and others held so well that the tape actually delaminated (perfect adhesion). Easy Sand didn't do so well. Quick Set Light is one of the few with perfect adhesion. USG DuraBond also has perfect adhesion in this test. Based on this, I would only buy Easy Sand if I could not find Quick Set and wasn't applying tape.
