Intended for non-fire rated applications, they feature tapered, long edges for easy finishing, allowing joints to be reinforced and concealed with Sheetrock Brand joint treatment systems. USG Sheetrock Brand is the most preferred and widely used brand of gypsum panels. When paired with other components, these gypsum panels provide the highest performing interior walls and ceilings.
  • Resistant to cracking and warping
  • Recommended as an additional layer for improving sound control in double-layer steel- and wood-stud partitions or as a face layer over old walls and ceilings

A:  Cassi Thank you for your inquiry. USG uses both natural and synthetic gypsum in the manufacture of Sheetrock panels. Hope this helps.

      A:  Drywall is not a good product for use as shelving. It will deteriorate and is not very rigid for shelving use. Melamine would be a better alternative.

              A:  Maddie Thank you for your inquiry. USG offers 24" x 24" Patch and Repair panels. They are available in 1/2" and 5/8" thicknesses. We do not offer a 30" x 30" panels. Hope this helps.
