If you have the proper vapor barrier under the siding on the outside of your wall, I would not recommend it. The possibility of trapping moisture between the vapor barriers could cause mold and rotting of the framing members. It is best to have a way for all parts of your construction to breathe and expel moisture. For the best recommendations, contact your county or city building department for their codes and recommendations in your area.
You either install yourself or have homedepot deliver and install. But idk about them painting it. It needs to be muddled and sanded(the nails) then primed then paint.
The amount of Sheetrock you need depends on the height of the walls. Multiply the height times the length of each wall to get the area of each wall. Add the areas of all the walls together. Be sure to add the square footage of your ceiling (16' x 80') if you are doing the ceiling as well. Divide the total of all walls and the ceiling by the area of the board (4' x 8' = 32') to get the number of panels you need. Hope this helps

It depends on the kind of wallpaper it is as well as the type of paint. I would try it in a small area first to see how well it adheres. You may need to scuff it up with sandpaper first, as well as cleaning it well to remove any oils. Gypsum board has a paper layer that is perfect for painting. But if you remove the wallpaper, there may be glue residue that will make your paint look unevenly textured. Best of luck on your project!
Ken Sheetrock is sold by the individual piece. Hope this helps.
I used it over existing uneven walls to make them look flat on the surface. I do not know about its ability to block out noise.
10ft.
Gluing won't work if you want it to be permanent, because dinner or later the facing from the insulation will peel off. You can hour it initially, but then you will need to screw the drywall to the studs for a permanent wall.
