How do I change the Batteries?
What happens if the doors locked and the batteries die how can you get in?
There is one master key inside the box. When batteries become weak and they are not replaced after warning signals for several days , lock will eventually dead. Use the key to unlock, key hole is at lower left of the lock body with the black rubber cover tab.
You can use the mechanical backup key to unlock in that case.
Price per carton? How many in a carton?
comes 1 per carton and the Price is affortable for this kind of lock.
Do i need to bring these two back to a physical store to get reorder or is it done online? What direction do i need to go?

Can these locks be AC POWERED as well like Ring ?
No, they work on AA alkaline batteries only.
Once someone has their fingerprint added to its system, is it possible to then remove their fingerprint and change the code if needed?
Yes, you are free to add or delete fingerprint or code.
How many fingerprints can be programmed
Well, I only programmed about 15 but based on the owners manual you can program a lot more
95 fingerprints.
The inside handle does not return to The up position, is this supposed to happen or is the lock catching somewhere? The front handlemworks fine
