MUST purchase Unger extension pole, ordinary threaded poles cannot be used
CONS: Cannot use with standard threaded extension poles. MUST purchase the Unger brand extension pole and/or the Unger extension pole locking adapter. Both these products are more expensive than many comparable quality brands. Aftermarket products are inferior and of cheap quality, aftermarket adapters are no less expensive than Unger. Adapters were more expensive than the amount I paid for my Unger Squeegee. For me this is a deal breaker. For these reasons I give ONE STAR.
(Note: I correct me if I am wrong even if I wanted to, unable to locate pole adapters at Home Depot. I already own professional quality extension poles).
PROS: Quality of Unger Squeegee is superior to other brands and is FIVE STARS sturdy metal construction, easy to use with excellent results - no streaking. I found the price competitive especially for this product vs other brands.

Quality product that is flexible for application to many different window cleaning duties for residential and commercial sites.
The Unger 12 in. Performance Grip Squeegee with Bonus Rubber.is a high quality tool that has been manufactured with precision and attention to consumer needs. The main body of the squeegee is sturdy and attaches easily without any hiccups to extension poles, etc. We also found it equally usable for home and auto window cleaning. We recommend this product for both applications.

Upping My Cleaning Efficiency With Pro-Grade Squeegee
This is a fantastic squeegee!
The blade is thick rubber that seems to help pull small contaminants off the glass, and the stiff metal frame ensures excellent contact the entire length of the squeegee.
The narrow blade fits behind bypass shower doors very well.
Replacement blade included, and the threaded handle end with spring button hole is standard for the industry.
This is a great way for me to increase my cleaning skills and efficiency. I am thrilled with this new squeegee.

Nice squeegee, works well. Starts out a little squeaky, but is better after a couple of uses
I got this squeegee to use in my shower. It's a bit fancier than my old squeegee, but I like that it has a replaceable blade and is a couple of inches wider than my old squeegee as well. It is a bit more industrial looking since it is designed for more professional use I feel like, but I'm OK with that.
The squeegee itself works really well. My first use, it was a little more squeaky than I'd like, but that has gotten better on subsequent uses. Now, I only get that annoying squeak sound when I am re-squeegeeing a spot with only a few drops that I missed.
I have not yet tried to replace the blade, but the process seems fairly straightforward. Just unscrew the pieces holding the blade in, slide the old one out, and slide the new one in, and then screw everything tight again. I like that I can replace the blade, and I like that the blade is black in color. My old squeegee does not have a replaceable blade, and is white, which shows any and all mold that starts to grow on the thing (ew!). With a replaceable blade, I can just get a new blade when the old one gets grungy and move on.
The one thing I will have to figure out on this is that the hole (officially designed to help click into an extension pole) is not big enough to fit on the hook I have in my shower. I will probably drill it out a bit wider since I don't need to use an extension pole in the shower.
Overall, this is a nice squeegee. I'm probably not using it for its intended use as a post shower glass cleaner (it's probably intended as an exterior window cleaning squeegee), but it works great and it should last a good while.

A High-Quality Squeegee
This Unger 12 in. Performance Grip Squeegee comes with a spare rubber strip and will easily last for years if care is taken to prevent it from remaining outside in the sun and weather. It is constructed of stainless steel and is heavy duty. I have owned other squeegees over the years but none as nice as this Unger model. It has a nice thick rubber handle that makes it easier grip and you can get an optional extension handle to make it easier to reach higher spots. I tried a threaded handle from an old brush but it didn't fit in this squeegee. The Unger extension handle will definitely fit and has a locking feature. I used this product after washing my windows and it works great. The high-quality rubber strip is the reason for this. This squeegee has a lifetime warranty. I like this product and recommend it.

Great Squeegee
Got this to use on my bathroom glass shower doors instead of windows or car windshield. It worked perfectly, I am very impressed. Used it as a handheld but noticed that it allows you to screw it into a broom stick for easier applications and higher distances like house windows. I am sure I will find more uses but for now I love using it in the shower. The glass doors came out clean and streak free. Also like that it comes with additional rubber which will increase the longevity of this squeegee. 12 inch width is perfect sized for my use.

Well built squeegee for cleaning windows
This is a metal squeegee that is designed to be mated to a pole so that windows can be cleaned at a distance -- this is of particular interest to me as I have many windows on a second floor, with some that do not open. The squeegee comes with a spare rubber blade that can be changed out by unscrewing two screws. The handle accepts both a traditional pole designed for painting (with a screw end) and one that is sold by the manufacturer that clips in.

A high quality window cleaning squeegee for home or work.
I have been washing windows at home and work for more than fifty years. This experience has taught me you need the right equipment to make this job easier and have outstanding results. This 12-in. performance grip squeegee by Unger is just what I need for quick and streak free window cleaning. The performance grip ensures your hand has a tight hold on the handle. The handle has a built in threaded socket for my extension pole allowing me to safely squeegee off the water from my second story windows. Streak Free, easy to use
It was time to do my bi-monthly cleaning the inside of windows from all the nose and paw prints my two kitties leave on them while they are viewing the great outdoors. I chose the UNGER brand because the size of the Performance Grip Squeegee (Part # 981010) at 12” and Window scrubber (Part # 983920) 14”, were perfect for 95% of my windows.
The window scrubber did a fantastic job getting all the nose/paw prints and surface dirt off the windows and the squeegee worked very well getting the window cleaner and water off the window. I don’t know if you can see it in my pictures.
Because I don’t need a pole I very much appreciated the cushion grip the each of these products provided.
The squeegee did give streak free results and it is made of rust resistant stainless steel and has a lifetime product guarantee.
The Scrubber is a microfiber machine washable sleeve that is going to work perfectly on my screens in the summertime.
If you look closely at the pic with the patio table one has all the nose prints the other is after I washed them.
I would highly recommend both products for sparkling windows.

Great for shower
My last one dropped and broke (plastic) so this was an upgrade - more of a professional style squeegee with replaceable rubber filler. It can easily attach to a pole if you're working on larger windows, but this is simply going to be wiping water down from shower walls and glass. It does the job great, doesnt leave any streaks, and my shower avoids mold buildup from the lack of moisture. Replacement rubber piece is a bonus, i would have just thrown it away when it went bad but knowing I can replace them, i may never have to buy another one again.
