These have one-way screws so they won't normally come out using a standard flat head screw driver. I have in the past, used my angle grinder to cut a "slot" into the head of the one-way screw, then use a normal flat head screwdriver to unscrew it using the slot just made with the angle grinder. We recommend that customers use any window cleaner for the glass and use a rag to wipe in between the bars. Window cleaning products can be found at your local Home Depot.
