This product was a special order through Home Depot, but the initial 4-6 week quote on delivery time was ultimately less than three. While prompt delivery is always welcome, I was working the delivery time to coincide with my remodeling project, requiring multiple calls/trips to Home Depot to ensure they didn't return the tub. So, the tub itself is huge. I had all the measurements in advance, but it's hard to fully comprehend, and my contractor struggled with it as well. Suffice to say, installation was a little sporty, and required the bathroom door frame be removed as well as a fairly significant hole in a wall. Nonetheless, the tub is doing exactly what we wanted: making bath time more comfortable for my special-needs son. A few tub-specific complaints of which to be aware: although we ordered it in white, it is off-white; it takes a long time to fill (and you have to be in the tub for filling); the shower attachment has a rather short hose, making it difficult to wash his back. Even with those minor issues, we are very satisfied with the tub.

you get cold waiting 10 min or so for filled then you soak sitting takes some getting use to.

Fits in a manufactured home
Relatively easy to install with a professional plumber. It is rather narrow, and the metal door handle is in the way a bit but still manageable. This tub is for a medium sized person, I would not recommend it for anyone above average weight. The handles and faucet are very pretty, and the look is very sleek. All in all, I am glad I got it as getting out of the bathtub is no longer a problem!
