Battery Does not hold a charge
Used this item one time as an air compressor. Went to use it for a second time and the battery was dead. Does not hold a long term charge. I want my money back. This product will be getting returned.

We appreciate your interest in this model. The unit contains a lead acid battery and needs to be charged every 30-90 days to prevent the unit from discharging. If stored in a discharged state, this will reduce the life expectancy of the internal battery. Whirring Fan sound
Unit won't fully charge and keeps making a fan/whirring sound when not in use. Only thing that could make the sound stop is to turn it on AC mode, but that depletes the battery.

800 peak Amp
Bought a Vector 800 a rechargeable batter pack did a full charge on daily one used once 3 weeks later recharged it about 11/2 weeks ago went to use it today and the batter was down to 1 bar not worth the money don’t recommend buying it.

Vector 800 peak
I brought this in December or January and used it to put air in my tire, after following the charging instructions. However, this morning I needed to jump my car off this was ”fully charged” no ma’am no sir it wouldn’t even jump my car off and I ended up being late. I put it on the charger this was at 7:45am. It is now 6:52pm and it’s not fully charge. Going to exchange it maybe this one might have a bad cell or something will be back with an update.

A must have for traveling
I was looking for a jump starter that I could keep with me while my battery that was on order arrived. This thing fit the bill and worked multiple times without recharging. I have a 2017 Dodge Ram and I ordered a gel battery that took almost a week to get in. In the meantime, my truck would work if it was on but the battery couldn’t hold a charge. As soon as I shut it off it lost the power to start my truck. I would pop this jump starter on and boom, started right up everytime and multiple times before recharging. I’ll always keep this with me from now on! A must have!

Biggest piece of garbage
It seemed like a pretty good price but it’s a total piece of crap. I charged it fully but as soon as it went to jump a low battery it said low as soon as I pulled it out the outlet. Don’t waste your time on this I don’t know who in their right mind would give this five stars unless they’re paid by a sponsor.

Excellent
Had a car sitting in my garage with 2 completely flat tires and 2 low tires, filled them all with battery left! I did charge the battery 24 hours before using as recommended. Took roughly 15 minutes to get my completely flat tires to 35psi. Was $49.98 on the shelf.

Useful tool, but feels a little delicate for routine use.
Things does everything you can think of - is an emergency jump starter and air compressor and has USB ports for gadget charging and a flashlight. The USB ports are rated for 3Amps. The flashlight is attached by a pivot on the side and feels like very lightweight plastic and I suspect it will get snapped off fairly quickly - be careful with it!
The compressor has a gauge that goes to 120 psi, which seems like a lot. The box says it can go to 120 psi, but you really should never exceed 80% of the gauge range - so treat it like it has a 96 psi max would be a good idea. The compressor is VERY loud, so don't expect to do any quiet top-offs with this compressor. Every dog in the neighborhood will be on high alert! It comes with a sticker that says not to run the compressor for more than 10 minutes without letting it cool off for 30 more minutes. The compressor hose had a nice threaded connection which I find much more reliable than the old lever style connectors that can be very fussy.
This unit comes with a small power brick for charging, which is ETL rated for safety. It has another sticker that says you should charge it after each use and once a month otherwise.
The most important detail is hidden on the label on the back. It says the Instantaneous Output is 350Amps and the maximum use is 5 Seconds ON at 225 Amps followed by OFF for 1 minute. This means you can try to crank a car or truck for five seconds, then need to wait a minute to try again for another five seconds. That is not a very robust capability.

Jumper only works with 4 and 6 cylinder engines??? It has a 12 volt DC outlet and 2A USB port. Reverse polarity LED indicator and audible alarm. Battery power level button and LED battery status indicators. 700 A peak battery jump start. It takes a while to charge this power pack initially using an extension cord. Have yet to try out...............
