I bought the Chrome wall mount bathroom faucet VG05003 but couldn’t find it in the Vigo system
The bathroom faucet I got is the VG05003 but couldn’t find it in the Vigo system to register. Bought it on 12/22/2020 and just finished installing installing it on 5/12/2021. It looks and works great.

Cracked brass inlet
Bought this a year ago before ready to install. Then found a crack in the casting. Was worried about warranty, but registered online and was speedily sent new brass body. Installed tonight and it works. So VIGO does stand by its warranty.
I will agree that the fit on the threads is off a tiny bit. Lots of teflon tape and thread sealant. Wrap tape more frequently as you go down threads to create a taper.
I had to change the black bushing to remove the cartridge and migrate it over. That took a lot of pressure and I was worried I might damage it, but it did come lose. Instructions for this part would be desirable.
This black bushing that fits over the cartridge must be aligned with the flats to match the cover plate. I found this to require a lose fit or insanely tight one (it came insanely tight). So I opted for teflon tape so it wouldn't be damaged by over tightening. I don't believe it needs to be water tight as the cartridge has o-rings, but clarity on this fact would be helpful.
So far, gently tightened against the teflon tape, 24 hours after turning water on there is no leak.
Conclusion
1. rock solid response to warranty issue and immediately resolution
2. machining on threads leaves a bit too much play, addressed with careful sealant and teflon
3. finished look is gorgeous as is price point
4. Instructions for servicing cartridge and black bushing should be included.
I'm very happy now.
Final question: yes the flow rate is quite low, but for me this is fine because it is being installed on a small bowl sink for brushing teeth and hand washing. But, can the flow rate be changed? I noticed a small gasket in the brass fitting for the faucet. Is it removable to change flow rate?

Leaks
A mixed review. Love the style and price and packaging, that's where it ends. Visually 5 stars, function is another story. The instructions are WEAK! My 2 faucets have leaked around the threads from day one. Had to use a gobb of pipe sealer to stop the leak, and it only worked on 1 of them. After many emails and calls, they are sending a new
faucet. The CS is very nice.

Great Looking Faucetd
Just had the new Vigo Titus Brushed Nickle Finish faucets finished to my New Bathroom They look Amazing only problem we found is we had them fitted over the Bath tub so the flow of water was really low so had to remove flow resstrictor in spout Now They Work And Look Great and the box and package they came in was very high end but not high end prices well done Vigo
