Q:Hi, i just got two of these installed in my bathroom. They look beautiful, but I'm not sure why when I move the dial to only hot it comes out cold and when I move it to cold it comes out hot. Everything is connected properly.

A: Hi Jess, You would turn the handle counterclockwise for hot and you would see the red dot on the top of the handle pointing towards the spout. You would turn the handle clockwise for cold and the blue dot would then be pointing towards the spout. If water comes out the exact opposite of what it should be, we advise to switch the hot and cold water supply hoses connecting to the copper pins of the faucet. A: Not sure without seeing. I’m assuming turning left is hot and right is cold by line in front. Possibly the internal lines are twisted or the valve inside is reversed mistakenly at the factory. The easy fix is to hook the water lines up opposite from current. Hope it helps. Mine work great!

A: Good morning Carole, Thank you for contacting VIGO Industries. You would be able to use any drain assembly with the faucet as long as it is compatible with your sink. We do offer 3 drain assembly, we have a pop up without overflow, model VG07000(finish), we have a pop up with overflow, VG16002(finish) and we offer a sink grid drain, model VG07001(finish).
