Love it

This planter is made of a thick polypropylene plastic that will last a long time. It is packaged in a 20” cube box with a plastic bag over the product within. Four separate pieces are nested together and require minimal assembly before use. You only need a Phillips Screwdriver to fasten the decorative base. The main exterior container is about 4.5 mm thick. The liner is about 7 mm thick. The base rim is about 5.75 mm thick and the draining platform about 2.5 mm thick. I could not detect any mold flashing or sharp edges. All of the visible surfaces are very smooth and uniform. The planter is very sturdy. I think the size will fit most patio or larger porches without being too intrusive on your space. Due to the size and amount of surface area the outgassing of the plastic lasted about a week. This is a beautiful, stylish planter that can be used in a traditional or contemporary setting. How the pieces connect together is a smart design and the drainage tray inside the planter reduces the amount of soil required. The opening is large enough to display different sizes and styles of plants, and built to last for years.

Absolutely beautiful and very modern looking!

My wife has been wanting a new planter to plant a dwarf lime tree in. Since a dwarf lime tree only grows to about 2 ft. tall this planter is perfect for that. With the overflow drain hole in the very bottom and the special drain grid I will never have to worry about over watering the tree. This plastic planter has been perfectly engineered so that you can plant just about anything in it and you won't overwater it. This plastic planter is very light weight but also very sturdy because of its square shape and its dimensions give it a nice wide base. The planter is also very modern in its shape and its styling. I could easily see this planter next to some Roman columns somewhere and it would look great. I really like how well it goes with the red bricks on our front porch. If you are looking for a large plastic planter for your deck, porch, each side of your garage, etc.... this is the planter for your. It really looks great in any setting and can be matched perfectly with several different types of surroundings.

I ordered a second one once I had a chance to inspect this. It looks great on my deck. It has multiple parts that fit together well and are made to keep my plants healthy. The inner pot is removable and the base offers drainage. The base is raised off the ground, which will keep my deck happy without standing moisture under the pot. This material is very robust and doesn’t show any marks from shipping or me moving it. No worries from scratches. It’s a gigantic planter pot and looks great. this is why I ordered another and gave it maximum ratings.

This beautiful large square/cube black plastic planter is smart and durable. It is made in Canada of high-grade polypropylene. The planter measures 20 inches tall, at the top 18 inches from side to side. Clever features: 1. Can't over water because the lower basin has drain holes; 2. Self watering, in that the planter bin has two inch elevated tubes that allow two inches of water to collect in the bin and continually water the plants, yet excess water over two inches drains to the lower bin and out of the unit; 3. The removable inside stand holds the soil and plants and has cups with slits that sit in the water below. The cups hold soil which is in contact with the two inches of water in the reservoir and helps soil absorb water, yet does not make the soil soggy; 4. Perfect for going away for a few weeks and not have to worry about watering nor worry about over watering by rain. Durable, smart, attractive large polypropylene planter. Scratch resistant and light weight, yet strong. Includes warrantee. Lovely planter. Recommend.

A beautiful planter, very well made, deeper than most, there is molding to attach to the bottom, that enhances the finished look. The hardware is included, using a screwdriver, tighten the screws in the pre-drilled holes, It fit perfectly, Add the inset, that drops down giving the planter a finished look, add the drain tray , fill with your favorite plant of flowers. iT COMES IN BLACK, WHICH WILL FIT ANY DECOR.

This planter is very heavy without anything planted in it. You don't have to worry about it staying where you place it. Really easy to put together. The bottom trim frame/piece screws in. The holes are lined up properly and it creates a nice frame for the planter to sit on. That means the entire bottom is not sitting on the deck or patio only the bottom frame is touching. It's also self watering and has the drainage so no rotted roots or smelly water sitting in the bottom. The color is true black and the description states it is fade resistant. My ailing Azalea is going in this planter as soon as I go get some dirt. I would recommend placing the planter in it's permanent home then placing the dirt and plant(s) in it. Otherwise you will be using the hand cart unless you are a very strong person.

This is an extremely nice large black planter that can be used on the patio or in the yard. it is extremely well made and of very heavy duty material. It is larger than i had even expected from looking at the pictures of the item but as mentioned, it is a very well made planter and of excellent quality. I highly recommend this item to anyone who enjoys planting flowers in their yard and enjoys container gardening.

Holy plant mix batman!!!... I Was not expecting this...the planter and stand are exceptional in manufacturing, its not the typical plastic planter you get from the neighborhood dimestore. Not that they couldn't sale it but this quality is not, how should I say it,??? This is NOT DIMESTORE stuff...This is what you expect to see in the Ritz-Carlton. It is scratch resistant and won't Crack well we'll have to see on that with the Texas heat here. But it's thick plastic the weight of the dirt will definitely NOT bulge the sides like other planters. This is so thick you could thinly plaster it and paint it the color of stone, and people would think it was stone because of the weight and thickness...this comes with an insert you put into the planter so the plant roots do not touch the outer planter and get hot. there is also a insert tray that goes into the insert to hold the drainage gravel up from the bottom to create an well and to allow for drainage into the bottom of the outer planter. Where it holds a tiny amount and drains the rest out to the ground or pan if you use this indoors. This also has 4 screws included to hold the stand to the outer planter. The screws just need to be snugged otherwise they will strip out the plastic hole, in other words, old fashioned hand screwdriver is to be used. Do I recommend this is the one to buy if you need this style. YES. The square tiles in the pictures are 12 inches by 12 inches, just so you can see the size of the planter more accurate.

I am always looking for new ways to display my plants and this Veradex Brixton 20 inch cube black plastic planter is a great choice. The self watering feature means I spend less time watering and maintaining my flowers and more time enjoying my garden. I like the removable bucket insert which makes it easier to plant or replant my items. The fact that it is all weather resistant means it will last a long time.

This Brixton cube planter is an attractive heavy duty planter constructed of a heavy molded plastic and has good weight to it.. It comes with a removable planter and a removable water shelf, which has multiple cup reservoirs to hold water. It has an area under the interior planter to hold water to approximately two inches before it will drain out via a built in plastic pipe in the bottom. The overall width of the planter is approximately 19 x 19 inches. The interior part of the shell planter is approximately 16 by 16 wide and 18 inches tall.. After installing the drop in interior planter, it measures approximately 13 x 13 and 14 inches high. After dropping in the water shelf , there is 11 inches to the top of the planter. Made of all weather resistant material, crack proof, fade resistant, scratch resistant. The decorative bottom attaches easily with four included screws. Made in Canada. Ships promptly.
