Sidetable with great cooler built in.

Shockingly surprised at how wonderful this works. First off, the insulation really keeps things cold. The combination of ice and drinks really was great to have at my fingertips as we watched fireworks. Yes the table comes in handy - but you don't have to move everything off the top to get in it. The top slides to the side. This allows you to get into the cooler quickly with no hassel! Easy to clean - just hose out. Looks great and built to last.

Ingenious!

This Veradek Round Black Plastic Outdoor Cooler Side Table is ingenious ! Not only can you use it to set a plant or your drinks on, but with its swivel-to-open lid it reveals an ice chest that can hold about 48 12oz cans. It’s made of a patented heavy duty plastic-stone composite so it’s very durable and looks great. It is round, 21” H with an 18.5” diameter. The top is flat and the sides are ridged which makes for an attractive design. The inside of the cooler is removable so you can clean and or dry it and it has one drainage hole with a removable plug. The outer shell has 2 drainage holes on the bottom for easy removal of melted ice. It is impact and crack- resistant and has UV inhibitors to prevent it from fading. It can be left outside year round so it saves me having to lug it into and out of storage. I really like the look and quality of this table and the fact that it doubles as an ice chest is a super bonus !

Nice Addition to Deck Living

The Veradek Round Black Outdoor Cooler has been a great accessory to our deck. First thing we tested this in November. So in 45-55 degree weather a 10 lb bag of ice lasted about 24 hours. Since this cooler is not insulated we would think a 10 lb bag would last long enough for a long summer party. Note that the 10 lb bag did not fill this 10.5 gallon/40 liter cooler. Aesthetically it really just looks like an outdoor table. The rotating top can hold a good amount a weight (like out 15 lb cat, as seen in photo). There is a handy edge to help rotate the top (see photo). While it is not insulated there are two pieces to the cooler. Once you pull the top out (super easy to do) you can pull out inner piece (see photo). This is very good because the water did not drain all the way and we had to finish dumping both pieces manually. There is one drain hole for the inner piece and two drain holes in the outer. This cooler does sit on the ground with those drain holes on the bottom. We tried to position them over the space in our deck boards so rather than puddling on the deck it drained down under the deck. Overall we are happy to have the Veradeck Round Outdoor Cooler.

Nice look and practical

I already have a nice planter in the same style from Veradeck. This side table/cooler looks great on the deck! The top is a separate piece and comes completely off. There is a long tube inside that connects the two and it’s deep enough that it won’t accidentally come off. The top slides in a circle to access the cooler. The cooler section is double walled and has a drain plug. It’s a good 2 for one piece!

Nice looking cooler to keep on the deck

My wife and I decided we wanted a cooler to put on our deck in the summer, but we didn’t want something that looks like a camping cooler. We saw this Veradek Round Black Plastic 21 in. H Outdoor Cooler Side table and thought it would be a perfect solution. You can use this as a cooler and a side table, so it is nice to put near our lounge chairs. When we received the cooler, I was impressed with how sturdy it felt and was somewhat heavy but not too heavy to move around. The tabletop portion pivots to allow you to access inside the cooler. The tabletop also can be removed which allows you to completely remove the cooler tub if you need to clean it. The cooler tub is a good size and allows you to store quite a few cans or bottles. I’ve included some photos with this review to give an idea of how much you can fit inside. I haven’t had this cooler very long so I couldn’t say how well it will hold up over time but so far I’m happy with it.

Stylish Veradek Cooler

Absolutely love this Cooler by Veradek. I’m using this cooler on my patio and it’s been a great addition to the space. This cooler made of durable plastic stone composite, double walled insulated, is weather and fade resistant. Has a black finish with a stylish rigid look. The circumference of the cooler is 18 1/4 inches and the height is 20 1/2 inches. There is a drain plug in the bottom to drain the water. The cooler can hold up to 55 twelve ounce cans plus ice. The cooler doubles as a side table as well, which is nice. The top swivels for easy access to drinks. I found the more cans added to the cooler the less ice it’ll hold. I placed 24 twelve ounce cans with ice, the ice lasted over nine hours. Overall I am super happy with the look, and most importantly the results of keeping beverages cold. I also own a Veradek planter box and it has held up well in the Texas heat. So I expect this cooler to do the same.

Convenience & quality in a side table

The Veradek outdoor cooler side table arrived today and I am very pleased. It shipped in a large secure box which measured 19 1/2" by 19 1/2" by 22 1/2". Upon unboxing you can tell this is a high quality cooler/table. The table is 21" high and 18 1/2" in diameter. The table top pivots and swivels off the base smoothly and easily to open the cooler portion. The cooler portion is ~ 15 1/2" deep and 15" in diameter. The table is made in Canada and made of recycled materials. The outside is nicely textured and if you didn't know, you likely wouldn't recognize that it's a cooler as well. Despite being made of plastic and recycled materials I didn't notice any odor. It weighs 31 pounds when empty and will hold 40 lbs of ice. The label states it will hold 55 cans – I haven’t checked that statement, but it'll hold a lot. It is double walled to insure a lasting cool and also has drainage holes, which is quite handy. You just wouldn’t want to put it on a surface that you don’t want wet, but since it's meant to be outside, this should not even be an issue. The inside walls are very smooth and easily cleaned/disinfected. This will be very handy for parties – no more unsightly ice chests and the scratch and fade resistant top means it should last a long time. I would have no problem recommending this product to others.

Side Table + Cooler = Neat

I'm using this at my Phoenix home as a side table that doubles a party cooler. A twenty pound bag of ice fills it to within 4 to 5" of the top. This makes it the perfect size to hold 24 canned beverages (of your choice). You could easily get another 12 cans in if you used less ice. My experience was with temps about 100 degrees. 20 lbs of ice lasted 6-8 hours. It probably would have lasted longer if it had always been closed promptly. It is made of 3 molded plastic pieces. The exterior shell, the removable interior ice container, and the removable, turnable top. It's not technically insulated, I guess the air gap is supposed to provide an insulation layer. And to some extent it does work. The top is about 1" thick, with air "insulation". The top has a connected shaft that goes into a cuff inside the cooler, allowing the top to rotate exposing the cooler. I believe the cooler comes in black, grey, sand and white. I have the black. With light weight items on the top, it can still be opened (carefully). Empty, it's pretty sturdy, weighing 30 lbs. It has a 18.5" diameter and is 21" high. It has a drainage valve on the bottom of the ice container, which does have "internal" handles (so it can easily be emptied/moved). I really like the design. The exterior ribbing has a very modern look. My only real complaint is that the lid is slightly concave, so when it's outside and it rains, water collects on the lid. It's a really nice size for a side table that's plenty sturdy and someone could safely sit on it. I think the top should be styrofoam filled to better insulate the contents.

A great looking side table - let alone a handy patio cooler

I’ve recently been turning my car port into a patio with a living area. My outdoor furniture has a clean black look and finish. When I saw this ample cooler/table, I knew it would be a perfect fit. This unit is so nicely made! The finish texture on the table and bucket is very clean and durable. The cooler portion inside holds enough drinks for a small gathering. I like how the unit is engineered to allow the lid to still be used as a table with the cooler open for grabbing a drink.
