Garbage. Spend the money on a quality gate
This gate is super flimsy and after just about 2 months is already sagging because it can not support itself. On top of that there is no backing inside. So your screwing the brackets to a completely hollow frame. Not only is our gate sagging forward, the actual latch is damaged and barely hanging on because the gate is no longer level do to sagging. The latch can’t support itself with the hollow frame either.

Gate match railings perfect
This gate kit worked well and matched up with our railings perfectly. It does come with self closing hinges so the gate wont accidentally be left open.
I gave it 3 stars because of the packaging. Was delivered in a cardboard box and wasnt wrapped in plastic. The plastics were scuffed and scratched from the box rubbing. Had to spend time buffing them out and there was still some scratches visible.
But over all was a decent gate kit.

Joints not strong enough
1) All the four joints where the horizontal and the vertical bars meet, is not sturdy, it started bending.
2) I had to disassemble the gate and redo it but that did not fix the issue. I noticed that there was a lot of water collected due to rain and it had made the gate heavy and bent.
Suggestion: The purpose of the aluminum bar inside should be to screw the horizontal bars, so that they don't tilt. The aluminum bars can be thinner, to make the gate lighter.
There should be aluminum support in the vertical bars too to that the hinges remain tight always.
There should be a mechanism to drain rain water that collects inside the gate.
Together with these suggestion, it will be a good product.

The gate gives the railing a finished look. Would be nice if top of gate matched the porch but it’s not that noticeable.
