Pedro, This pretty fence is available only in white at the moment. Please contact your local PRO associate to see if it can be special ordered in black.
I purchased the panels about a month ago. The panels were delivered unassembled. The panels fit together tightly, each panel has a channel on one side. I had to cut the top and bottom rails for my project which was easy to do.
I hope I understand the question. It is similar to pre-assembled panel only you have to assembly. I am a novice and I found it pretty easy to do. Hope this helps you out.
Jg, Please contact the PRO Desk at your preferred Home Depot location to place an order for that rail.
This vinyl fence panel does not come in different colors at this time. Vinyl is a non-porous material, therefore, paint doesn’t adhere to it well. Only epoxy-based paint will stick to vinyl over an extended period of time, but paint can damage the vinyl’s surface and thus voids the warranty.
Please contact your local PRO associate to see if this vinyl fence panel kit can be special ordered in brown or tan.

A general rule of thumb is to place 1/3 of the post into the ground. Please consult local building codes for any special requirements and information on why they require certain regulations.
