The Vigoro 16 in. Metal Heart Scroll Hanging Coco Basket with coco liner and chains will add a touch of romance to your gardens cape. It features a lovely metalwork heart design that repeats around the sides of the basket. The hanging planter can easily be hung from shepherds hooks, deck hooks, plant brackets, ceiling hooks and more with the included metal chain and S-hook. This metal hanging basket is black powder-coated to help resist rust. The wire hanging basket with coco liner keeps the soil aerated - which means healthier blooms and plants. The fitted liner is made from natural coconut fibers and can be thrown on the compost bin at the end of the growing season. Replacement liners are sold separately to freshen up your display each year. The outdoor hanging basket and liner are around 7.5 in. D, making it perfect for plants with shallow roots like petunias, zinnias, pansies, herbs, succulents and more.

The basket is fine. The chain is pure junk. It broke three times while I tried to hand the basket, dumping the contents out each time. I eventually bought a more substantial chain for the basket. It's not cheap, but they cut costs with a cheap chain.
