Cardboard and Plastic
I want my money back. This potting soil is full of cardboard chunks, pieces of plastic bags an chunks, rocks, and a ton of sticks. I am so disappointed this stuff is of a poor quality all around. #HomeDepot needs to do an evaluation and take a closer look at what they are selling. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Bugs
I purchased 4 bags of this potting soil along with some indoor plants after a couple days I noticed little black gnats, lots of them I was told they were fungus gnats. My home became infested. I had to take the plants outside. This was horrific.

Something is really wrong with this soil
I bought 2 bags because it was the only reasonably priced potting soil I could find at Home Depot anymore. This was a mistake. All the plants except for my lavender plant are struggling in this soil. Seed germination rates are extremely low and the seedlings tend to struggle and die. I tried the seeds in a different potting soil and germination rates were near 100%.
Chunks of plastic, mold in the sold.
Water does not absorb well and sits on top for 5 to 10 min. Soil forms a crust layer on top.

Great results
I used this potting mix for my pepper and tomato garden, grew everything in 5 gallon containers and fertilized them on a schedule with dr earth and yielded more peppers than I knew what to do with. I’m hoping to get the same results next year.

Beautiful soil. No horrible smell, sticks, stones, or other debris. Lots of moisture retaining amendments, but with good drainage. And a good price. My potted plants and I both love it.

Full of shredded plastic
The potting mix contained a great deal of shredded plastic. A second bag was mostly bark. Will not purchase this brand in the future. Bad stuff.

Horrible product
This soil is trash, full of dead bugs. No soil only big wood chips and other stuff. I bought 6 bags which l regret. It has so many mushrooms that l remove everyday but they keep coming. I don't recommend it at all.

It was not the quality i was expecting. Some bags were good. Some had suprises. Glad i was wearing gloves and using a shovel. Found overly large twigs/splintered wood and ground up plastic.

Sawdust
I figured Vigoro would be a reliable brand but I got home with 6 bags of this stuff from my local Home Depot and it's mostly uncomposted sawdust and wood. It's good for splinters but I can't see how it would be good for plants in containers. Mulch maybe?

Man made materials found in All-Purpose Potting mix
Found glass and thick green gardening tape in the bag of All-Purpose Potting Mix. Makes one wonder where they get supplies to make mix and how they make mix. Yuck
