Q:What is the Wattage on the 3 levels? I had it on High Level 3 and it shut off electricity in two rooms. The electrician that fixed it said not to use 1500 watt and to plug in directly to an outlet as we were using a power strip.

Overpriced and useless
Bought this to keep my heating prices down. I have a tiny bedroom and this did nothing. On the highest settings possible the air blew out cold. It also smells like burning plastic. DO NOT BUY

Didn’t last 3 months
Worked great until it stopped working about 90 days after purchase. No receipt so I am left with a brick. Pretty expensive mistake.

Desk heater not a room heater
This is not a heater for a ROOM it is for a DESK! False information and advertising. I called Homedepot and explained this needs to be removed from other heaters. Due to the fact its not a heater it's a AIR FAN and it doesn't warm a room

The heater sparked and burned my power strip!
I just unplugged my Vornado VH200, and found a burn mark where the power strip had sparked and melted a bit after using this space heater. The heater itself was about 3 ft. away from the power strip, so it was the plug itself that caused the electrical issue. I have used the power strip with another space heater and never had a problem. So disconcerting! I've only had the heater for about 6 months with limited use...I can't recommend Vornado at all--what a safety issue!

Stopped working 2nd day.
I’m so upset. I just bought this heater and it stopped working on day two! Not worth the money gonna return and send back. Wasted my time and money.

Dangerous
Had it for only 2 days, had it plugged in for less than an hour and my outlet started smoking. Thankfully someone was in the room at the time.

The name is deceptive
This was a last minute purchase for a makeshift classroom that’s no bigger than a storage closet. Let’s do the pros because there aren’t many.
Pros: it’s whisper quiet. It’s so quiet you don’t even know it’s on.
Now for the cons.
Cons: it is not as powerful of a fan to force the heat out. Utility heaters blow better than this. Even with the dial turned all the way up to 7 ( highest level) you can’t feel the heat unless you’re right up on it. On the box it says it can heat up a whole room, but the size of this one is more for personal than a whole room.
In conclusion I would not recommend this heater. Unless you want something that looks cute in a space without doing it’s job then this is for you, but in those brutal winter months if you have a cold room forget about it.
