The legs are rounded and haven’t bothered my linoleum floors at all.
No other will not scratch the bottom of the legs are rounded, but.... pending on how much weight you are putting down they could cause small little dents in wood flooring.
no screws of plastic legs just the metal rods
My legs got here and when I took them out of the box they are completely chipped and looked like they ahead been sitting outside for years. The paint was peeling off on the bottom of every leg and up by the screw holes. I contacted the original company and they sent a replacement, but those legs were also chipped. I was pretty sad because otherwise they are great looking legs! I was really excited to get them in my home. But, with all of the chipping I would not recommend. It’s not worth the hassle.
You would need 6 or 8 to be sturdy.
I'm planning on attaching a piece of plywood to the legs, before I epoxy the granite to the plywood. Then seal both pieces together with the epoxy. If you don't use the plywood I don't know how you would drill the holes in the marble/granite to secure to the legs. Good Luck.
They are vertical.
