The FURNO 500 digital temperature heat gun can be used for countless household projects such as stripping paint, softening adhesives, defrosting pipes, being PVC, shrink wrapping and more. It features 12 temperature settings ranging from 150 degree F to 1200 degree F and 2 fan speeds for air flow control. This can be changed at the click of a button and the selected settings will be conveniently displayed on the LED screen. To make your project easier, the heat gun features an ergonomic design that allows for extended comfort and balance to reduce fatigue. The integrated stand also allows for safe, hands-free operation while applying heat to a project. The gun also comes with 2 nozzle accessories, a glass protector and flare nozzle, to help complete countless tasks. When the job is complete, switch the heat gun to cool down mode to blow air and cool down the heat gun for storage. It will automatically turn off once it has reached a safe temperature. Afterwards, simply hang the heat gun from the built-in loop on the handle for storage.

Yes, our Furno heat tools have an overheating sensor and may shut off if run for too long or too hot. After about 20 minutes of cool time they should restart. Good luck with all your projects.
