A: Yeah, kinda. For a few hours. Then rusts and the handle falls off. It's never sharp OR flat. So it works for finishing for about 3 hours. Then throw it away and buy a real one.

A: Yes, These tools are Chinese crap. They start rusting almost immediately. I think Homedepot needs to purchase higher quality sheetrock tools.

Great for small patching

I used this when covering up holes from previously removed trim. Worked perfectly. Also works well when I patched up some larger holes in the wall.

Metal is junk and sticker doesn't come off. Cleaned every time, but rust started forming even before I started using it just from humidity in air. Look at the comparison between this product at top after 3rd day of use and a stainless steel tool at bottom (which is years old). Night and day difference...do yourself a favor and get a stainless steel one.

This product rusted and fell apart after one use. Handle is loose. Rused AND pitted. Still have sticker residue somehow, I used Goo Gone and Acetone, and it's still there. Ridiculous. It's a 12 dollar drywall knife. I have one from the dollar store that has lasted 4 months now, and looks to be in better condition.
