Product Details

Sometimes you need to mount all or part of your fence run on a flat surface such as a patio, deck, or driveway. WamBam's surface mounts make this easy. This steel hot-dipped galvanized powder-coated white flange gets affixed to your surface, and WamBam's posts (VP13008) are designed to sleeve over the flange, resulting in a secure post mounted right to your patio or deck.
  • DESIGNED FOR WAMBAM PRODUCTS: Designed to mount WamBam traditional fence posts (sold separately) on a surface such as a patio, wood deck, or concrete driveway
  • PREMIUM MATERIALS: Each steel flange is hot dipped and galvanized powder coated white
  • WHAT'S INCLUDED: Each kit contains 1 steel mount, and you will need to purchase the fasteners separately depending on the type of surface
  • DIMENSIONS: Please note that WamBam's posts come in a 6 ft. length to sink 2 ft. into the ground, so if using this surface mount, you will need to cut down your posts to the appropriate height, it is easy to cut the vinyl posts with a circular saw

    A:  Hello, this depends on what is under your turf lawn. If you have a concrete pad, then you can use wedge anchors with your surface mounts. If you have dirt then you can use the standard anchor. Best regards, Russell

        A:  For Concrete Please secure to concrete with 3/8 x 3” long wedge or sleeve anchors. Do not use Concrete or Blue Screws. For Wood If you have access under your wood deck, please mount additional 2×6 or 2×8 wood blocking between your floor joists directly underneath your deck surface. Then drill holes thru both your deck surface and the additional wood blocking and use 3/8 x 4” diameter bolts, washers and nuts to secure from the underside of deck. Do not use Wood Screws or Lag Bolts.

          WamBam fencing is supposed to be made for dogs; this is not the best fence for boarding dog though. A dog crushed two of my slates and teeth marks in others. Don’t waste your money! Buy Aluminum or steel. Also slates are not a good distance for puppies tHat can get a head or body stuck.
