This board was not perfect because of a mild warp along its length but it suited my purpose perfectly and looked really good after mild sanding. I used this board for 2 sides to mount a light bridge on our bed headboard.

awesome
Had a old bench that was looking sorry so I decided to give it a make over. I wanted to use oak cause it's strong and I love the way oak looks when stained. I had to rip it down to the size I needed. The wood was straight and the grain looks great.
