Hi Project, That is not a question we can easily answer as the stringers that you'll need to build a set of stairs 8 feet tall would not be a stocked item; it would be a 13-step stringer. Either you or someone familiar with the code requirements for your area would have to construct the stringer(s) from a 2 x 12. You could also ask if ordering the stringers in this special size from the manufacturer is an option. Then you will need the treads. These can be found by entering "pressure treated stair tread" into Home Depot's search box. Please measure from the ground/floor to the top of the landing/deck, in inches to verify the height of what you need. For your materials list, we suggest that you consult with a PRO in the lumber aisle.
Please contact your local PRO associate to discuss your materials list.
Yes, the angle of the end of the balusters is 45 degrees.
That's a local code thing. In our town Building Code calls for mounting on 5-inch centers
the .97 in my are at least is 42 inches but beveled on one side only. not sure its worth the extra $ for another bevel and a little more rounding of said bevel but your mileage may vary.
Bevelled two ends.
