Bad design, really bad, unapproved electrical
First off, the spit is actually in 3 pieces, yes, three! OMG how difficult would it be to ship a one length piece? secondly the motor does not have the proper electrical equipment approval, cЯUus isn't an electrical equipment approval, but a component mark for inside of equipment. third, the cord connects to the wrong end on the motor, so the cord sticks out towards the front, awkward at best, overall poorly designed for a premium price

Good except needs redesign for 2022 model
We bought this rotisserie for the new Weber Genesis, as the old one wouldn't fit. It works well, although I feel it should be redesigned for this year's new model. This motor cord now runs toward the front of the grill since the burner was moved from right to left side table. This required the motor to be mounted on the opposite side from last year. Also, the skewer/rod is two pieces screwed together, with more than necessary grooves along the length. Perhaps that is for use on other models, but it feels like an after thought to use on this grill, plus it is just more grooves to clean after use. Overall its doing it's job just fine and I'll keep using it.

Doesn’t Quite fit 2022 Genesis E-325
I love my 2022 Genesis grill, however, this rotisserie doesn’t quite seem to fit. The motor looks like it sits too low on the bracket and raises off the bracket when I put the spit on the grill. The rounded indents on the spit itself don’t line up with the cutout on the side of the grill so the square part rotates in the indent. I thought this may have been a defective unit and warranty returned one. I’m in my second one and it’s still the same issue. My 19 year old rotisserie fit the grill perfectly and I’m disappointed by this.

Love this accessory!
It’s been awhile since I’ve had a functioning rotisserie so when I had the chance to order this for the Weber grill at my new house, I ordered it as an early birthday present for myself. Easy to install, ( although I wish the cord was a little longer to reach my outlet). My old system had a vertical burner across the back of the grill to use with the rotisserie, so Setting the grill up to use the regular burners across the bottom was initially concerning. Removing the grates and the burner covers produced the heat needed for quick results and the rotation of the skewer ensured even cooking and a juicy result. I would recommend using a drip plate of some kind as it can get messy, I am very happy with the ease of cooking the rotisserie system allows!

Love my grill but...Poor design rotisserie SKEWER
First use with a 12# turkey the thread that holds my skewer in place bound up. This happened within 15 minutes into my cook. The tensile on the stainless tap to threads isn't ideal for torque loading the threads axially. The bar is square and the skewer has a round bore so naturally as the food rotates the threads can can see load and become bound up. In my case 15 minutes into my cook, one of the skewers was walking out. When I tried to reposition it I could not even rotate the screw because the tap was bound up. The old version of square bar and square female skewer receiver was a much better configuration ( I've had one on a Silver C for 20+ years of heavy use and never had an issue) as the screw cannot shift on the flat portion of the bar. This new design is simply a poor engineering design - looks good but actual functionality is lousy.
If possible I'd like to get a set of the old (two prong) skewer versions to replace these skewers that came with my new rotisserie assembly.
