Beautiful new Deep Ocean Blue Weber gas grill
We love cooking on our new Weber gas grill! Lots of possibilities with the crafted griddle…lots of steaks and wild caught salmon so far. Next will be Philly Cheesesteaks! Easy to clean and precise temperature control. I’m still learning about griddle cooking but it’s a lot of fun!

GENESIS EPX-335 Smart Gas Grill
This is a fantastic grill. It gets up to 695º and provides all the sear I could ever want. I love the illuminated dials, the interior lighting for night-time cooking, and most of all, the Bluetooth temperature monitoring feature I can watch on my phone. The side storage cabinet and under-grill storage areas are also well thought-out. This is, no doubt, the "Rolex" of gas grills.

It cooks!
I have an old natural gas weber that I love. This 325-s propane is not so much better but refined. It cooked chicken liver wrapped in bacon perfect. The anti-flare system is best I have seen so far. Precise and great heat.

Manufacturing issues.
This was the first time I’ve purchased a top of them line Webber grill and I was disappointed. There were 2 primary issues, the first was that the cover was poorly cast and the hinge had some metal glob that was rubbing on the body (I used a metal file to grind away). Second was one of the welded tabs that you screw Phillips bolts into side panel, just fell off while attaching (poor weld).
Gave it 3 stars because CURRENTLY it’s functioning perfect.
