MY grates measure 17 1/2 x 13. All i see is 19 1/2 x 13 I have a spirit E-320 am i wrong?
Ours is at least 7 years old and yes, after enduring several Idaho winters outside, pieces are coming off, mostly in small layered chips. I have not yet decided whether to replace the grates (<$90 at Home Depot) and the flavorizer bars (<$50), or look for something new.
That price would be for the pair.
2 grates 11.25 X15 each or one 22.5 X 15
I use metal utensils all the time on mine but that did likely cause the enamel to wear off quicker. I'd use Teflon safe tools but the handles are all too short. My grates lasted 5 years but I had them wrong (flat side should be UP) so now I will clean the grates and put them back in, right side up for another 5 years!
Please provide the model number on the grill--
Hi! Thanks for your question! First time use only requires preheating your grill for 10-15 minutes and then the grates will be good to go!
Weber Porcelain-Enameled Cast Iron Cooking Grate Set for Genesis 300 Series Models
Yes, fits all 300 series grills
Hi Jay! These grates are for a Genesis model grill. For a Spirit E-320, the correct grates would be item 7638 and can be found here! http://www.homedepot.com/p/Weber-Spirit-300-Series-Porcelain-Enameled-Cast-Iron-Cooking-Grates-7638/205729406
