Our new favorite cleaner for hardwood floors - lifts dirt and leaves NO residue!
We have three requirements for cleaners - they must be effective at cleaning, they must have safe/natural ingredients, and they must be odor-free. Weiman’s hardwood floor cleaner aces on all counts. First, we “torture tested” it on a section of floor that was both dirty and deeply stained. Not surprisingly it only made a small difference on the stain, but it did an excellent job cleaning the hardwood. There was no residue, no dulling of the finish, and the floor FELT clean. No stickiness or tacky feeling whatsoever! .
Next we tried it on a more reasonable challenge: the hardwood just inside the entrance from the back door. This is an area of floor that sees a lot of traffic and tends to get dirt/dust ground into the surface. Again, the photos don’t adequately convey how well the Weiman’s cleaner performed, but take a look at the photo of the damp mop pad and see how much dirt the cleaner lifted from just this small area. .
The squeeze top is easier to use than trigger sprayers, but can lead to dispensing way more product than you intend/need. This can be managed with a little practice. If the bottle had a more ergonomic friendly shape that might help control dispensing as well. .
My wife is very sensitive to chemicals, but had no issues with either the scent of the cleaner or exposure to her hands. Other brands of “safe” cleaners we’ve tried haven’t been as effective at cleaning or have left behind a dull floor with a tacky feel. Given all of the pluses and only the minor dispensing issue, Weiman’s is our new choice for cleaning hardwood floors. .

Easy to use but not for the kitchen
I tried the pour, mop, and done system on one small section of my kitchen floor. It looked nice when I finished but my mop was filthy and needed to be rinsed. I quickly realized that this product can be used in a bedroom or living room but a kitchen floor is too much for it
I'll stick with my old fashioned oil soap that is used diluted 64 to 1, goes on with wet mopping, leaves a shine without a rinse step, and costs a fraction of this product's price.
I am frugal. When my ice maker breaks, I pull out the ice trays. I just learned recently some people buy ice.

Cleans and shines Beautifully
We have used Bona floor products for a long time on our walnut colored hardwood floors and have been happy with the results over many years. Weiman Hardwood Floor cleaner does a great job as a streak free cleaner and polisher and will be an alternate source of hardwood floor cleaners in the future. It goes onto a rag or mop or just sprinkle it on the floor directly, with the pull up top dispenser and wipe off and let it dry, after drying it looks good and immediately when applied has a nice fresh clean smell. It is plant not chemical based so not harmful to the baby or pets roaming around on it after application. We have a bunch of wood cabinets and built-in shelves and will try it on those as well.

Excellent Streak Free Cleaner
This is a clear cleaner that is squeezed out the nozzle top. It is a bigger jug, that when coupled with the right type of fabric cleaning cloth, will last you a long time and get a really good clean finish to any hardwood surface.
I know it is made primarily for flooring, but I use this on our wood cabinets. It gives them a nice shine, and it not a spay wax finish. I like the nozzle, since I put it directly onto the wiping cloth. The same can be said for a dusting floor mop too. A little drizzle of the cleaner on to the floor and then mopping it around with a dry mop really does the trick.
It lifts the dirt and dust and leaves a nice finish to it. Unlike using water, it does not leave a streak or calcium deposits.

WOW this is one great floor cleaner
I always use another floor cleaner until I could not get it and I seen Weiman Hardwood cleaner and got to try and the results were like night and day, not only did it clean very good but it left the floor clear and shiny with very little effort no scrubbing and no redoing. This is a very good product and I will continue to use it from this day forward.

Really Works
have a place where computer located and gets a lot of foot traffic from sitting in chair and moving feet, wears down quicker than rest of area. Used as directed using a damp cloth and scrubbed on area just a little not a lot and it cleaned up great. has a nice smell while using but no after odor. We had worn a small area down to wood and even though said not for unfinished wood it did not seem to hurt it and cleaned it up also. plan on using their finishing product now.

Floor Cleaner
Weiman 32 oz. Hardwood Floor Cleaner. My office floor has so much traffic going through with both adults and children, the wood has begun to look worn. Just on the first use I could see a difference. The floor cleaner is easy to use, no streaking notice, left a clean look without any residue. The EPA Certification gives me comfort because my grandchildren are in & out and I want to be sure I am using a safe product. There are no VOC’s or solvents. Easy to use squeeze bottle helps to make use an easy cleanup.

Professional Floor Cleaner
Having Hardwood floors in your house can be challenging to keep clean. The application is easy enough, just make sure you start with a cleanly swept or vacuumed floor. Squeeze some on your floor and spread evenly with a clean, damp mop. You must allow the cleaner to dry for approximately 10-15 minutes. For the best results, you should try to maintain a schedule to keep your floors looking good.

Easy to Use, Does a Good Job Cleaning Hardwood
Usually I use cleaners that need to be mixed with water to clean my hardwood floors, thought I would try this to see whether this premixed cleaner does a better job. The liquid is quite thin, kind of the consistency of soapy water but it seems to spread out a lot further than soapy water would. Easy enough to use, you squirt a bit on the floor and then spread around on the floor with a mop. The bottle says 10-15 minutes for drying but in my case the dry time was only a few minutes. I do like that there is no need for drying of the floor after washing -- remaining question for me is whether this leaves a film over time (so far no signs of that).
