Q:Why is this one Prop65? It says solid pine, but is any particle board included? or in the paint...

A:  Hi! Thank you for reaching out with your question. The state of California requires that any product that has any amount of potentially hazardous material be tagged with a Prop. 65 Warning if products are sold into the state of California. May contain trace amounts of lead in the paint. Walker Edison tests all of our paints and are 16 CFR Part 1303 compliant for having such low/non-existent levels.

          A:  I think is laminated. Is thin but sturdy and it has the same finished of drawers and it look very well.

            Very poor quality
            Took my husband about two hours to assemble. The parts were labeled nice. However, the quality is cheap. The chest itself looks pretty when assembled, but the worst part is the drawers DO NOT slide in and out nicely. Not smooth at all and very loud. Wood on wood obviously wouldn’t work well. Designer of this didn’t think that threw. Very sad, because it looks nice on the outside.
