Q:The primary description says its a 6 ft. ladder, product details describes it as a 5 ft. ladder and lastly the dimension detail cites it as a 6 ft. ladder. I suspect the product detail height is an error and it's a 6 ft ladder. Can anyone verify?

used once and 2 steps have already broken
I bought this product online on Nov 4h 2022. I used just once to change the AC filters, today again when I tried to use it to change the light bulb, I found that 2 step bolts have ripped. See pictures.
I called home depot and the agent told me that I could not return this item back and I'd to call Werner, the manufacturer
Not sure how come the product is built so poorly- I dont even weight 140 pounds and with the single use it's already broken. I DO NOT RECOMMEND his product at all.

Sturdy and light weight
I got a littlegiant but because of the heavy weight so I want one that easier to move around. The hovedepot has this ladder was on sale for $69 so I bought one. I am really happy with it because it easy to move around as I wanted!

Broke in first use
I just bought this ladder and when i climbed on it , one leg of the ladder folds and broke, and I fell down. My foot bone was nearly broken.
Please do not buy this ladder as it will hurt you.

Great ladder! I'm just doing personal home maintenance and I like this ladder more than I like the aluminum ladder. This is a strong ladder and doesn't feel flemsy or weak when on it. I don't plan on doing anything but home maintenance and that's includes tree trimming. So far I have did some ceiling trim work and cleaned the gutters. While cleaning one section of gutters I had to stand on the top tool holder and it felt good. There are various tools that can be fitted on the top step/tool holder. I highly recommend this ladder based on the quality, price, and quick delivery.

Bought this for black Friday and it has worked great for me. It's pretty lightweight easy to carry and set. This is great for little stuff around the house or garage. Construction is really good on this ladder also feels sturdy.

Please don’t buy
We have had this ladder for about a year but like new used a few times. For changing a high light bulb or when needed for painting. My husband was on it in the garage and the legs twisted and gave way. He’s spent 3 days in the hospital. Broken ribs and concussion. My husband is well trained on ladder use! Don’t buy it! Going back to out older ladders. These one was cheaply made and not worth risking your life.

I love this ladder, it has all the features I needed (8ft), easy to move around, strong, sturdy fiberglass frame and is rated at250 lb. Seems a 6 ft ladder is a just a couple of steps short for what I need, because I have some very high shrubs to trim, need to do touch up painting, get to to roof, or to my carport attic. This 8ft Warner ladder is much safer to use than the rickety, fold down attic wooden steps. (those steps scare me), now with this ladder, no problem getting into the attic. There are so many ladders to choose from, take your time, compare, the height you need and make it a Warner ladder.

Told Santa it was what I wanted for Christmas. Good thing I have been nice this year. Very light and sturdy.
