WestBend ice tea maker
Very unhappy since I bought plastic top never closed completely always pops open I've had less than 8 months pitcher just cracked in the middle of making tea, should've gotten Mr coffee you get what you pay for I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Prefer older models
I had one of these iced tea makers years ago and absolutely loved it. I like this model and it’s definitely better than it's competition but I don’t like how thin the glass pitcher is (although very pretty it feels as though it would shatter with the smallest of impacts). Would much prefer plastic personally. This one also doesn’t steep the tea for as long as the previous model so I find myself using more tea. My original purchase arrived with a broken on/off switch and the top warped with just one use but customer service was fantastic and immediately sent out a replacement.

I bought this as an iced coffee maker but decided to use it as my iced tea maker.. I think it works better. But the ease of its use is awesome ..I just wish it would allow you to use more water and less ice ..but overall pretty decent

Glass Pitcher Cracked along the handle
Unpacked the box, the glass pitcher was cracked near the glass handle. I was able to brew tea, which was great! But I have to wrap a towel around the pitcher in order to poor.
Looking to replace the pitcher if possible. I would recommend, but just be sure the glass is not cracked.

West Bend Iced Tea Maker
Unfortunately it ended up being more work and time consuming than anticipated. Water reservoir is not large enough to hold a full pitcher of water for iced tea. Pitcher is not sturdy thick glass, but very thin and light. Returned it for a full refund.

Fragile pitcher
We purchased this tea maker in July of 2020, and have enjoyed using it from the start. However, just as I pulled the pitcher from the fridge today; the handle snapped off the pitcher. In no way did I bump or bang it on anything. Very disappointed.
