    A:  So I can cut this one because it will be too long. The installers told me to get a flexible one. They have one on it now but it is curled so my dryer won't go all the way back. Perhaps I can cut this one and won't need the other one I ordered?

      A:  LA, this is a rigid metal vent. We do recommend using this over the flexible vent.

        Once you stretch out the hose to the length you...
        Once you stretch out the hose to the length you want it, it tears very easily, (no matter how easy you are when handling it) rendering it worthless! It should have capped, reinforced ends to make it stronger so this does not happen.
