    A:  No - the vinyl surface is porous so it will not wipe clean

      A:  Yes but its completely non erasable so it wouldnt be a good choice.

        The product composition is stable and the finish surfaces smooth and without defect HOWEVER the VOC content and chemical off-gassing is horrible - we used it to line an interior alcove in our mud room and the odor is so offensive (smells like chemical / acidic / cat urine) and persistent and significant (made our entire first floor of the house smell not just the room it was in) that we had to tear it out ... and since it was cut we cannot return it - TERRIBLE product - NOT RECOMMENDED.
