The product installed easily and it works as promised. It's very quiet in its operation. There no popping due to warm-up or cool-down. I'd give it a better rating but the most important installation manual's drawn cut-away picture is poorly done. Even a magnifying glass didn't help due to the poor resolution of the copy. There are Letters (A,B,C..) assigned to parts but no key or correlating pictures. This caused me to leave a part out and then having to disassemble the direct vent to include.

My furnace appears the same, and has model number 1403622. I put this in an apartment 3 years ago. It was not used for 2 years. Last year I had a plumber replace the entire valve mechanism. This year the pilot won't lite so I just called a plumber again. I am considering replacing the whole heater....it never was dependable.

Very simple to install although I have not had the opportunity to use it yet. Only downside was the fact that it came with some damage because of the people handling the package. Had to bend a corner straight and also the front panel had a crease in it that I had to try to get out. All in all for the money it is a great product, just wish they would take a little more care in shipping and handling the product

We installed this furnace in a downstairs bedroom in a small rental cabin. The installation went fairly quickly and it works perfectly. The design is slim and therefore doesn't take up much room. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

New out of the box and installed properly. Followed pilot light instructions to the letter OVER AND OVER. The pilot never did light. Waiting for Williams tech support to contact me. After being on hold for longer than I should have been, I resorted to email and phone number, asking for a return call. Still waiting....

Great furnace for small areas.
I bought this for a small apartment and I didn't want an open flame for the tenant to get in trouble with. It was easy to install. Just remember to locate the 16" on center wall studs and cut the hole for the vent in exactly the correct location. The thermostat is very cheap and can short out on the case, putting the pilot light out. Once everything is measured out correctly, this is a easily installation and looks good when finished.
