I purchased this product to replace an old 1950's laminate that came with my 1920's home. I love the product, it is clean and mostly durable. There are some minor scratches that was sustained during some kitchen renovation but otherwise it has stood up so far. The installation process went smoothly. I am thinking adding some more base cabinets to the kitchen and will definitely go with this countetrop. I recommend if you are looking for an affordable alternative.

This is a nice product. I think it would look good on a bathroom vanity. I was told by a contractor that real carrera marble will develop water marks.
