Umm these are garbage
First time I used them they snapped right in half. First use! Worthless. Lot of good the "titanium coating" did. DO NOT BUY!

2 pairs broke their blades in half!
these scissors were made flawed. two different pairs broke in the same spot. apparently too much hand strength level force can snap a blade off. twice I tell you. Twice!

All Round Shope Shears
These Wiss single ring shop shears are really nice on the hands. All four fingers fit in the large handle. I don't have large finger but they still have extra room if you have larger hands. The steel blades extend through the handles to give is the maximum strength and less apt to break if you cutting thick material. They cut paper and cardboard like butter. I do a lot of cutting leather and it cut it with ease. The shears are very sharp and with the Titanium coating should keep it sharpness for years. The spring loaded handles will help not getting so fatigue if you are doing a lot of cutting. The only draw back was the locking mechanism that keep the shears in the locked and unlock position. It was hard to lock and unlock so I had to put some lubricate on it and exercises a few times and now it's more easier to lock and unlock. Other than that they are great shears that are great for my garage. Sorry old pair of scissors your are being replaced with these Wise Shears. Great valve!

A Shear Delight to Use
Sorry for the title pun, but these Wiss W11TM, 11" Shop Shears really are a pleasure to use. They are extremely sharp and cut paper, plastic and cardboard like butter. I only wish I'd had a pair to cut the tough plastic on the retail package, but once out I had fun cutting anything I could find. They are big, spring-loaded, and open wide when the lock is released. As a result they can be a bit tough to get a grip with average sized hands (see photo). That's not a real problem once you start cutting, and the ergonomic handle/ring make it easy to exert sufficient cutting force with one hand once you get started. The lock (to keep the shears closed) was stiff at first, but after a few cycles it was easy to unlock with the thumb of the right hand (assuming a right handed user). For such large and functional shears you can't beat the price - great scissors at a terrific value.

Sharp Comfortable Shears
These are excellent shears for the price. The shears are comfortable in my hand with a larger opening. I really like the lock feature and the spring loaded action that cuts down on fatigue. The blades have a titanium coating and the metal is stainless steel that is better than plain steel. I have cut threw card board and shop towels like butter that I make from old bath towels for my shop. The blades can be sharpened if needed.

This is a must have tool for both garage, yardwork and in-home use
This Wiss set of shears is one of the nicest tools you can have around the house and serves both garage and in-home duties. I am amazed at the quality, design and have nothing disparaging to say about it. Not only will it cut fine thin cloth but thick leather, corrugated cardboard and anything you can think of. My wife has already claimed this set of shears so it looks like I'll be purchasing another set of these shears for garage and yard work. The price is amazingly inexpensive at Home Depot and I'm ready to toss out all my the anemic imported scissors which I continually dread using. Wiss clearly hit one out of the ball park on this design!

The scissors cut great, and they can cut tough material. I also like that they are spring propelled for fatigue. What makes them so bad is that the spring breaks and they are not replaceable. I work in the horticulture field and we use scissors a lot. So when does spring breaks, I have to replace the scissors. I have already replaced 10 this year. I would love to just replace the spring, but I’m forced to make the manufacturer bear the costs by constantly replacing the scissors for new ones via receipt.

Best scissors since, well…scissors. I like them enough that I bought five more for family members for Christmas. They are really good for people with arthritis and have trouble squeezing.
